GOOD WORK IN PRACTICE
With Michael Pacanowsky
Every organization has a culture that quietly shapes how people treat one another, how decisions get made, what gets rewarded, and what gets ignored. And it either supports human flourishing—or it undermines it.
Here’s the crucial question: How do we create a workplace culture that allows not only ourselves—but others—to grow humanly, professionally, and spiritually through their daily work?
What You Will Get from This Workshop
- A clearer understanding of what organizational culture really is
- An ability to diagnose at a deep level the culture of your own workplace
- Practical steps you can take aligned with your level of influence in your organization
- A renewed vision of how business can genuinely serve the human person
Who Should Attend
Catholic executives, managers, and young professionals who desire:
- To integrate faith and leadership
- To build strong businesses without sacrificing what matters most
- To lead in a way that promotes human flourishing
Whether you run a company, lead a team, or aspire to greater responsibility, this workshop will help you think and act more intentionally about the culture you are shaping.
